Sushimind is an independent, unincorporated project based in Estonia. We believe in simplicity and privacy by default. We do not use tracking, we do not profile you, and we do not sell your data.

2. Data We Collect

This website does not collect personal data automatically. Specifically:

• No cookies: We do not use any cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.
• No analytics tracking: We do not load external analytics trackers or store fingerprinting identifiers.
• No user accounts: This website has no accounts or logins. The only form is the early access form described in section 3.

3. Early Access Form

If you enter your email address in the early access form on our home page, it is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form forwarding service, to our mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail in the EU. We use your address only to send you early access invitations and occasional product updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@sushimind.com.

4. Email Inquiries

If you choose to contact us via email, we receive the email address you send from and any information you provide in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your feedback or interest in Sushimind. We never sell or rent your contact details. We share them only with the service providers we need to run this website and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), FormSubmit (early access form) and Zoho Mail (email hosting).

5. Data Storage and Retention

Correspondence sent to us is retained only as long as necessary to address your communication or maintain our business records, after which it is deleted upon request or routine archiving.

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any email correspondence you have sent to us.
